Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act Youth age High School dropouts, GED students Youth who have a secondary diploma or GED and are low income and basic skills deficient Homeless, Runaway, or Foster Child Youth who is Pregnant or Parenting Low Income (as determined by state income guidelines) – Includable Income Amount for the last 6 months compared to the family size Receiving Public Assistance – Food Stamps, TANF, Supplemental Security Income, State or Local Income Public Assistance, Receives or Eligible to receive free lunch Lives in a High Poverty Area (poverty rate above 30% as determined by Census) WIOA Pre-Application & Eligibility Birth Certificate Driver’s License or Photo ID Social Security Card Address & Family Size Verification Verification of Public Assistance Income Verification Draft Verification (Males 18 or older) Grades or Withdrawal Form from high school or TABE scores from GED school
