Identifying and defining key life and business events for grouping public services in a user-centric way. Enabling the machine- readable description of public services by defining a common data model. Identifying and developing reusable software solutions for the creation, management and exchange of public service descriptions. Providing technical support to MSs and EUIs in setting up user-centric one-stop- shops for public services. Change management process The change management process followed applies to all ISA Core Vocabularies It is comprised of a number of steps: o The project team receives and logs a change request o An initial evaluation is performed to check whether the change request is relevant for the data model, does not duplicate an element that is already in the model… o Based on the evaluation the request is being accepted or rejected o Finally, the next steps are being defined (for instance discuss a proposed solution in the Working Group) 9
