Kyle will provide an overview of the Mid-Year review process in SuccessFactors for employees and managers. During Kyle’s presentation, your phone will be muted. 10 How to Access Performance Forms
SuccessFactors is a web-based system. Log in from myJohnsHopkins portal Click the HR icon Select SuccessFactors SuccessFactors utilizes single sign-on.

11 Accessing Performance Forms
Once logged in, select Home in the upper left of the screen and select Performance Forms. The Performance Forms tab shows all forms an employee has access to. The Inbox shows active forms currently with the employee. En Route box shows active forms currently with the manager. The Completed box shows forms that have been completed.

12 Completing the Mid-Year (Employee)
Click the form title to open the performance evaluation. Enter comments for Goals, Major Job Responsibilities, and Core Values. Once you have finished entering comments and acknowledging the Job Description, click Send to Manager. Confirm Send to Manager in the next screen.

13 Completing Mid-Year (Manager)
Click the form title to open the performance evaluation. Enter comments for Goals, Major Job Responsibilities, and Core Values. Once you have finished entering comments, enter Mid-Year Meeting Date. Click Complete Mid-Year Review. Confirm Complete Mid-Year Review in the next screen.

14 Tip: Out of Turn Access Managers can access and comment on their employees’ forms before they have received them. Click on the Home drop down and select Performance Forms. Select Team Overview. Select Review next to the employee’s name who you are reviewing. A draft copy of the employee’s form will show allowing you to enter comments.

15 Conclusion You can access SuccessFactors myPerformance from the myJohnsHopkins portal. You can access performance evaluation forms through the Performance Forms Module. The employee completes their self-evaluation first. The form then routes to the manager to complete the mid-year review.
