General Studies  General Studies STEM emphasis Pre-Med, Allied Health General Life and Computer Sciences Engineering Math Prep Sequence  Academic Core completion outside TBI at Temple College or Central Texas College  Academic Plan/Advising-assists with transfer and reverse transfer credits

 1st year courses provide foundation in math and the basic sciences  2nd year courses focus on applied biotechnology Internship provides specialized hands-on experience in a laboratory (e.g., medical research)  Students prepare for work as technicians in medical research laboratories or other biotechnology industries A.A.S. Participation  TBI Apprenticeship Program (LAT I) 10 students have participated in some level of the program curriculum  TBI Dual Credit STEM Program TBI has served over 714 FTE students  TBI Biotechnology Program Since 2006 served 130 students (in the program, fulfilling related prerequisites or certificates)

Success  TBI Apprenticeship Program (LAT I) 5 students completed certification and or higher level certification/education attainment  TBI STEM Dual Credit Program Credits Earned: 58% of 2nd year Seniors received a STEM-intensive AA degree; the other students earned between transferable hours to STEM BS programs of study  TBI Biotechnology Program Awarded 31 degrees and or certificates
