5. Project Goals Accelerate progress for low-skilled and other workers. Improve retention and achievement rates and/or reduce completion time of industry recognized credentials, certificates and degrees. Build programs that meet the industry needs, and develop career pathways. Strengthen online and technology-enabled learning.
