Revised Text for Minutes Initially it was suggested to transport the module prototype to the main building for council week in September after the laboratory tests (see CTC#58). After that, and as part of the OpenDays, it was proposed to set up the two-beam test module as part of a visit point in building 162. However, given the current schedule for tests which have been delayed due to the installation of the cooling and ventilation system and the decision to test two modules before the review, disassembly and reassembly of the prototype in August-September will interfere with the measurements leading to at least 6 months delay. Instead, BE-RF-PM section proposed to build a 1:10 scale model of ten modules by 3D printing and create a booth on building 162 in which the model, other RF CLIC components and some posters will be exposed to the public. Work to produce the files for 3D printing is on-going. In parallel, visits to building 169 could be organised. Most of the material including the reduced models will be exposed to both B169and in the CLIC showroom newly redone. Disassembly of the module and transport to the main building is still planned and is part of the transport tests required for the module. It is now postponed after the completion of the thermal tests for the first two modules.CTC#58
