CSOs Call for Proposals – Liberia Objectives Global Objective: Strengthen service delivery by CSOs and to contribute to the democratic process in Liberia Specific Objectives: 1.improving legal certainty and enforcement of land rights; 2.empowering vulnerable – women and youth; 3.improving access to quality mental health services;
