We wish to work in collaboration with our appointed Contractors to ensure that:-  The specified works are installed in a safe and diligent manner  Plant and equipment are serviced and maintained to ensure efficiency and reliability for the first 12 months after completion of the individual task  Where failures occur in the defects period these are repaired in a diligent fashion with minimal disruption to the users of each building  Works/installations of the services has minimum impact on the service user as work will be undertaken in operational buildings  Deliver Excellent Customer Service Maintenance Delivery Strategy

How to bid for work:  Register on Build Surrey portal  Indicate member of EXOR or Construction Line  Advise specialist trades  SCC aim is that all suppliers will have the option to bid on at least 6 packages per annum  Packages will be tendered competitively to three suppliers on a rotational basis  Successful suppliers will have incentives to bid on further projects
