Required leadership behaviours (those that conform to the norms establish by the organization) 2. Athletes’ preferred leadership behaviours 3. Leader’s behaviours (ex: the behaviours adopted by the leader, regardless of the norms of the organization and/or athletes’ preferences) MULTIDIMENSIONAL MODEL (CHELLADURAI)
