 Enhance you knowledge about the process of registering you Student Organization with OSA  Reinforce your understanding of how to write a proper Student Organization Finance (SOF) grant to receive funding from OSA.

Building a Student Organization begins with: A good idea A common interest A group of students Remember… No idea is a bad idea!

University Name and Logo use. 10% discount on Chartwells Catering Services. Eligible for on-campus fundraising. Able to apply for SOF Grants. Use of University facilities and services. Access to Office of Student Activities resources. Use of OSA Leadership Resource Room for Student Organization tasks. Student Organization Fair Participation Inclusion into University publications, directories, & databases Organization Webpage hostage on University server Organizations Personal University account Participation in the Student Organizations Awareness Program (SOAW) Use of OSA Leadership Resource Room

 All student organizations must register each year. Returning organizations also need to re-register each year.  Registration forms can be found on the CSU-Pueblo Website.CSU-Pueblo Website Under Quicklinks, click Student Organizations. Click on the Registration Link.Registration Link The packet is located in the middle on the page, Student Organization Registration PacketStudent Organization Registration Packet.  Registered status extends until September 1 st of the following academic year

Leadership roster of five(5) currently enrolled CSU- Pueblo students. Maintain GPA of 2.0 or higher. 6 credit hour enrollment per semester. Maintain a current Constitution. (Follow link to constitution)link Attend at least one “Student Organization Leadership” lunch per semester. Full-time faculty/staff member as advisor. Letter of Affiliation for local, regional, national, or international organizations.
