The role of Scouters is enhanced, not diminished while on the Canadian Path. Being a “Leader”, planning a program, and telling the kids what to do is much easier than being a “Scouter”. As Scouters, we are teachers, mentors and guides; we are given the daunting challenge to teach our youth and to help them develop from youth to adults. As you see the youth blossom and take charge, the sense of pride and accomplishment you will feel is like no other… Teach Them, Trust Them, Let Them Lead.
