Implement the widespread use of the Scouter Support Playbook and Volunteer Support Toolkit (VSTK) 1. 3 visits: Council-Area-Group-Section 20% Scouters receive recognition 2. >100 Quality Section Awards Scouters have tools & data to make the right decisions & focus on priorities. Implement prioritization & focus through simple tools & dashboards with a focus on program quality. Monthly Metrics: Ready To Serve; Growth Membership; Training; Finance 3. Retention KPI (tbd): Tenure (yrs) Enabled Council to meet/exceed annual plans and objectives through measurement and reporting. Develop council plans, reports & scorecards. 2014/15 dashboard and tactical plan. 4.>750 new members in 2014/15 5.At least 1 new ‘diversity’ group Created a vision for Chinook Camps and Assets and a 1-3-5yr roadmap. Implement a 2014/15 Camps Program and Facilities Enhancement Program. >$1mln identified in revenue potential 6. 50% increase in Camp Utilization Scouters understand and commit to the Canadian Path Program. Implement pilots across all Areas with Chinook Council: mentorship and new materials for support. Council Canadian path rollout plan 7. 10 pilots conducted in council Youth leaders seen as visible Scouting leaders reinforcing. Develop a Youth succession planning process: Area Youth Network for mentoring, training and development. Council youth talent mgmt strategy >150 youth in Youth Training 8. >100 youth identified for roles
