Include your underlined title with proper punctuation. Followed by the author and a brief summary of the author’s life.

This recommendation should identify a good audience for this book (who will enjoy it). This should be like a teaser that is not a summary, but will make your classmates want to read.

The summary should introduce the main points in the plot. What happened in the rising action, climax and resolution?

What is the universal message that the author wants the reader to take away from the story?

Draw an illustration of a scene from you story. Please do your best. Though shading is used instead of color in the example, please us color (markers, colored pencil, crayon, etc).

Identify the major characters, setting, conflict, solution, and resolution
