 Participation of community in the process  Identification and consolidation of individual activities by SHG women and presentation of the same in Gram Sabha  Social mapping and land categorisation  Problem analysis at village level through social mapping.  Activity map prepared over Revenue Map  Seasonal Calendar

 List of activities has been identified by villagers - Total 41 types of work  Awarness about demand of work through application form.  Work done : Construction of 86 farm ponds under ridge to valley approach  Labour budget Mandays : Total Budget : lakhs  Women are well aware about the whole process ;  Monitoring committee  Well trained SHG members working as Mate

 Delay in payments  Convergence :Wadi project led to addition of horticulture in shelf of work

 Income enhancement through durable assets created under MGNREGS.  Productivity Enhancement- rice  Increase in irrigation water  Positive attitudinal change : People know the value of assets created and also how to utilize it for different livelihood activities.  Introduction of horticulture in the village  Water availability has increased

 Institutions of Poor (IOPs) helps in enhancing participation at different levels  Coordination between CSO,GP and government machinery is crucial for better implementation  Convergence helps in creating more durable assets and opening new livelihood forays  Strong institution of poor helps in change of leadership at gram panchayat level

 NREGS must build upon the social capital generated through community mobilization under NRLM;  SHGs/VO can play a pivotal role in identifying the individual beneficiaries;  Focus on livelihoods of individual families based on judicious and optimization usage of natural resources.
