IEC STRATERGIES FOR 2013-14 1.Intensive IEC Campaign conducted involving Panchayat Raj Institutions, Village Water Sanitation Committees, SHGs, NGOs 2.Convergence of NBA with MGNREGS very intensively and effectively done. 3.Adopted house to house visit under interpersonal communication as the most effective mode. 4.Handbills and wall paintings have been done in all GPs at significant places 5.Trained VWSC Members PRI Members and all grassroot functionaries like ASHA, ANM, BNV and Anganwadi workers 6.Educated school children & teachers for installing personal hygiene.

9. MGNREG INITIATIVES 1.The list of beneficiaries without toilets (Base Line survey) have been approved by placing in the Gram Sabhas. 2.Printed applications have been issued to beneficiaries and filled applications have been considered for both NBA and NREGA. 3.Work orders have been issued to each beneficiary and these work orders are treated as Form No – 6 under NREGA. 4.As soon as the pits are completed the unskilled wages are paid through eFMS. 5.Soon after the completion of the toilets and commencement of usage of the same, the remaining NREGA amount including material component and semi-skilled wages and NBA Subsidy amount paid to the beneficiaries.
