General Directions 1. Place your hands palm down on your thighs (right palm on right thigh; left palm on left thigh) 2. Silently read through the list of words and classify them as directed by slapping either your left or right thigh 3. Read the left column from top to bottom and then the right column from top to bottom 4. Raise your hand when you are finished 5. Move through the list as fast as possible while remaining accurate– if you make a mistake correct it before moving on to the next name
