2 IPPC Directive Status of IPPC Transposition Law on IPPC (expected to be approved within this year) Stakeholder involvement Industries and other stakeholders are involved in the drafting of the IPPC legislation, and their contributions have been taken into consideration. Institutional structures for IPPC law implementation Structures are in place at central level but not on the local level. Inventory of IPPC Installations A rough and approximate inventory of IPPC installations has been made and the number of installations are approximately 30. Timetable for IPPC Permitting There is no strict timetable for granting integrated permits for installations Best Available Techniques There are neither tools nor a strategy for following the developments of BAT Competencies and skills for issuing integrated permits Plans are being prepared to improve the skills needed for issuing integrated permits.
