Golden Lion Tamarind Monkey This monkey is one of the most endangered species in the Amazon Rainforest because of it’s fur is so pricy on the black market. $20,000. It has an estimated population of 1,000 of its kind left and 400 in captivity.

The Amazon Plant Life There are over 800 species of plants in the Amazon rainforest and a lot of them are helpful for diseases and are known to cure some types of cancer. The White trillium(Right) can help with aching joints and Diarrhea.
