Action Taken (Removal Type) 7 Requires mapping Resolution Type to new State Resolution Code Extract will only include those mapped to 1-6 Action Taken Codes; TIER likely requires all to be mapped.

Problem Behavior (Removal Reason) 8 Old reason inactivated; new ones added and field renamed. Zero Tolerance Policy Expulsion added.
