TRAIN and PRACTICE: There are no shortcuts for physical and mental fitness. There is only one mantra: To be well trained and have good enough practice…. which is HARD WORK!

Do not believe in grapevine use grapevine to your advantage

Treat your employees well/Respect

Really Want something…. Go to the extreme

Show Empathy and Not Sympathy

Have stringent Quality control

Meet the Opportunity half way

Work hard but have fun too

Do not leave the job half baked Complete it (it will come back to haunt you)
