One stop shop for Program information Consistent experience for Partners across EMEAR Access to key marketing resources What’s new ? This platform is the enhanced PSF Connect used in FY12 for the AG / PSF program New content & structure to align with Partner Plus accelerators No need to opt-in to Cisco Rewards in PPC, by default you are in when you signed-up to enroll (you can opt-out in Cisco Reward portal)

All rights reserved. 4 Access & support How to access to PPC ? -Only Partner eligible and approved for the Partner Plus program have access to PPC -The platform can be accessed by Partners through CCO login to http://www.cisco.com/go/ppc http://www.cisco.com/go/ppc -The Partner sponsor, who submitted for program enrolment, has access to PPC and is responsible to grant access to other users in his organization (see section “Update your Partner Plus profile”) Support -If you meet any difficulty to access or use PPC, send an email to emear- help@external.cisco.com, and indicate in the email subject “PPC” (this is critical for your request to be rooted to the proper support team)emear- help@external.cisco.com

Quarterly financial targets (MBO) To access all your financial targets & progress, go to Your Performance section: Select your fiscal year & quarter, then click Select to see your progress against target Scroll down to see weekly progress for your Service booking target

Quarterly financial targets (MBO) You can also access to details of your financial progress down to deal level through the link to our rebate reporting platform. This information is updated daily Click on the rebate reporting tool (called PPI) to access de details of eligible bookings Select the program name (Partner Plus FY13 LATAM – EMEAR) and the fiscal quarter before you hit “Go” … Click on the Actual bookings to see details of eligible deals

Quarterly financial targets (MBO) On the reporting details you can identify each eligible deal. You can also check ineligible deals Go to the bottom of the report and click Download if you need an extract in Excel or PDF Click here to check your deals that are not eligible for the rebate (see eligiblility rules in the program Terms and conditions)

Track your individual rewards performance (Cisco rewards) I f you can’t se any Cisco reward offer, it means you are not enrolled in Cisco Rewards as Partner organization or as individual (regular synchroniztion to grant you access is done monthly, see section 5). You need to follow these steps: Step 1: Enroll as Partner company −Each Company must nominate a ‘Company Sponsor/Administrator’ to manage the Company Account −This person must be a PPE/CSApp Admin to hold the appropriate access −Go to www.cisco.com/go/ppewww.cisco.com/go/ppe −In the Eligible Programs tab, expand the Profitability and Practices section. Locate the Cisco Rewards program, and click Select. −Follow the links to agree the terms and conditions −An email will confirm your enrolment.

Track your individual rewards performance (Cisco rewards) Step 2: Enroll as an individual −Once the Company is enrolled, Cisco will extend invitations to partner individuals to enrol. −The Company Sponsor should also complete this step to hold an individual account. −Go to www.cisco.com/go/psswww.cisco.com/go/pss −Before you begin, select Update My Profile from the drop-down menu. Your Partner Self Service profile MUST have both the Job Role and Job Level fields completed for you to be able to enrol. −Under Choose a Task, select Manage My Programs from the −drop-down menu. Select Cisco Rewards and follow the links to enrol.

Your Profile & user access Go to “Your Partner Plus Profile” section to provide key information on your company and your individuals Your name, surname, email address and phone number will appear automatically (they are the one you already provided to Cisco as individual to access our tools) You can also select your language for this platform If you are the admin for your organisation, you will be able to indicate here if you want the Cisco Rewards offers & points appear on the home page, for you and other individual you have granted access on this platform You need to provide here key information on your company activities in our program target market (SMB/Commercial)

Your Profile & user access If you are the company administrator, scroll down to indicate your account managers, system engineers & marketing contacts that will be involved in Partner Plus. Depending on your financial target, you need to provide a certain number of sales representative and system engineer to participate in the program (see the program Terms & Conditions, for minimum booking target at least you should provide 2 Sales rep & 1 S.E.)

Your Profile & user access Once a month PSR & PSE contacts s in PPC will be synchronized with Cisco Rewards (aka CR) & Sales Collaboration Platform (aka SCP) so they can access it. Only PSRs will get access to SCP, both PSRs & PSEs will access CR The calendar of synchronization is as follow, if you need access to CR before this synchronizations, please see section 2. for manually getting immediate access. Multiple entity access If your company has enrolled for the program in multiple countries, and you are the administrator for all of them, you should be able to select which country you want to access after you login: If not, contact euro-help@external.cisco.com (indicate “PPC” in email subject), they will be able to grant you admin access to all countries you are enrolled foreuro-help@external.cisco.com To select and different country, just click on change next to your country indicatde on top of the screen:

Customer intelligence Customer prospect information is available here only for Emerging Theater, SEE, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia. Other countries will have access to customer intelligence through SCP (Sales Collaboration Platform) as the initiative will deployed during FY13. Please contact your Cisco Account manager to have more information on Customer intelligence deployment and more detailed instructions.

Initiating Business Conversations IBC (Initiate Business Conversation) is an online flash tool available to guide you through your conversation with your prospect You need to select a Cisco architecture first, then follow the instructions from the platform:
