FOR ANY COURT CASES, EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AS A RESULT OF THE CASE  EX: After the court case Plessy v. Ferguson, it became legal for companies to keep blacks and whites from riding with each other on the train. DO NOT COPY THE DEFINITIONS FROM THE TEST.  Create your own sentences!

9 PART III: SHORT ANSWER USING YOUR NOTES, ADD WHAT YOU ARE MISSING  What could you have added to your original answer to earn full credit?  Look at the comments I made. Were you missing anything?

10 EXTRA CREDIT WRITE A VALENTINE TO YOUR FAVORITE CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST  This can be someone that we have talked about in class or someone that you have studied in a previous course INSTRUCTIONS  Write about why you want this person to be your Valentine  This should be in letter format (“Dear Malcolm X,”)  In the letter, mention two different ways this person has inspired you (Did you admire their bravery? Did you relate to their message? Why?) WORTH 5 POINTS IN THE QUIZZES/TEST CATEGORY
