Getting Started – Login to DARS Enter your AccessNet Username and Password

Select Plans Enter your AccessNet Username and Password

Choose the Create a New Plan button Click Expand All above the drill-down list to expand the nested college, department, and degree program. This will reveal the available Roadmaps for your major. To choose the proper Roadmap, you must first know your Catalog Term.

Where can I find my Catalog Term? In your list of Completed Audit Requests: Or in the top right corner of every degree audit:

Where can I find my Catalog Term? Or in SSB, under 

Your Catalog Term must match the year listed at the start of the name of the Roadmap you are using. Never use a Roadmap that doesn’t have a year listed or has a different year. To choose the proper Roadmap, you must also know your GenEd category.

Where can I find my GenEd Category? Run your DARS. Your Degree Audit will tell you what your GenEd Category is.

If your DARS does not have a 45+ next to your GenEd requirements, you are a GenEd less than 45 student. If you are a GenEd less than 45 student, choose the less than 45 Roadmap for your year.

If your DARS has a 45+ next to your GenEd requirements, you are a GenEd 45+ student. If you are a GenEd 45+ student, choose the 45+ Roadmap for your year.

If you are a GenEd-to- GenEd student, choose the GenEd-to-GenEd Roadmap for your year. If your DARS says that your GenEd has been satisfied per transfer agreement, you are a GenEd-to-GenEd student.

What if I have a concentration? If you are in a major that has concentrations, Roadmap options for all concentrations will be shown to you. Choose the one for the concentration you will be taken. If you do not yet know what concentration you will be taken, you may select the Roadmap for any concentration; this selection is not binding and may be changed later.
