3 School Begins at 8:45 Late at 8:45

4 Communication Folder Must bring to school everyday. Must have backpack everyday. Families: You have homework tonight!! Please return important papers tomorrow!

5 What goes in the folder? Everything! Homework Class work Communication between home and school Dismissal changes Make sure your child’s name is on everything… Label everything!!!

6 Lunch Information: Daily Lunch: $2.75 (put $ in folder) Milk: $.50 New Card System Snack: No PEANUT PRODUCTS!!! 1 snack (finger foods) per day … Pack napkins for snack, plastic spoons etc. Please be sure to review with your child what he/she is doing for lunch or for snack each day.

7 Open Communication My goal is for your child to be successful, happy and confident! I will help you with any problem that may arise. A note in the folder is the best way to contact me. If you just want to tell me that you ie; can volunteer on a certain day then you can email me at: mparker@westportschools.org

9 Recess One recess/day after lunch on the schedule… Try to get outside again before the end of the day when the weather is nice. Wear sneakers!!!

10 We celebrate Birthdays with healthy snacks… must have form filled out and approved by office. We are allowed one holiday celebration/month. No Peanut products or homemade items are allowed.
