2 Eat healthy food so you can be healthy.

3  Meat beans and vegetables are good foods for you to eat. Meat and beans are part of the food group. Vegetable's are part of the food group too!

4 You should have three cups of dairy per day of fat – free milk or low milk because calcium is good for developing strong bones. These milk are organic and healthy living milk.

5  You should eat vegetables. Vegetable's are good foods for you.

6  Eating different colored veggies is important, like orange and green. Carrots are orange and lettuce is green. They are healthy veggies.

7  You should eat 2 cups of fruit daily because they have vitamins and nutrients. Eat only a little fruit because it has a lot of sugar.

8  Don’t you see that you need to eat healthy food so you can be healthy? Eating healthy food is good.
