52  Legal Aid attorneys now enter client and case information into Case Management Systems (CMSs) for efficient case management and reporting.  Attorneys can efficiently draft pleadings and forms using automated documents on LawHelp Interactive (LHI), and serve more clients.  For any case, up to 40% of the information that is needed to complete documents on LHI is already contained in the CMS.  Currently, attorney must enter this information twice– once in the CMS, once on LHI—which is inefficient.
