Adding an Image to Your Account

Once you click on “Select..,” the process is the same as attaching a document to an email.

Once you have uploaded an image, you can change it or get rid of it altogether by clicking on, ‘Change Picture.’ Be sure to click, ‘Save Changes’ button when done (at bottom of screen)

As you can see, this option is also on the ‘General’ tab just below the picture setting. Unlike GroupWise, this is all or nothing.  There is no option to be prompted to add it. You either have one, or you don’t.  Cannot create multiple signatures Adding a Signature

Auto Reply or as Google Calls it, “Vacation Reminders”

Simply set the start and end dates, add a subject (i.e. Out of Office), and type in your message that you want sent while you are away. Leaving the checkboxes below the message unchecked will mean that ANYONE who emails you will get the auto reply. NOTICE the message to the left. If the same person emails you several times while you are away, he/she will only receive your auto reply once over a 4 day period as opposed to in response to EVERY email.

Priority Inbox
