3. Coaching Philosophy  As a coach, it is my responsibility to put the student- athlete in a position to succeed. It is my responsibility to provide whatever guidance, observation, motivation, information, or technique to put each individual in the best position in order to succeed. In golf, specifically, it is my main responsibility to prepare and challenge the athletes mentally for each and every match through daily practices/workouts/challenges.

Practice – Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performances  You must have 10 practices prior to the 1 st match  Practice schedule  Eberhart, Nick’s, Gym  Mandatory – missed practice from the day before a match and you will not compete in the match (unless excused and made arrangements)  Play 9 or work on specifics  Varsity &JV Rosters
