4 Technical issues Format of the file (.TIF or.PDF or ?) Delivery by email or web server? Length of time the file will remain on server (copyright and space issues)

5 Copyright & licensing issues Does the license agreement allow article to be loaned? Are there restrictions on permission to loan? How do you determine licensing status in day to day use?
