3 DON-ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION Descriptions and Functions: The DON Administrative Unit is one of the Major Support Services of St. Luke’s Medical Center particularly to ALL Operating Room Unit. With functions and Operations divided into Five (5) services namely: 1.Maintenance Services 2.Equipment Services 3.Instruments 4.Linen Services 5.Administrative Services

4 DON-ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION Descriptions and Functions: I. Maintenance Services Key Performance Indicators: 80% good running condition of all medical infrastructures and fixtures. 2. Timely response to all infrastructures and fixtures repair and troubleshooting needs. Major issues – 24Hours Minor issues – 2 Hours 3. Maintain an efficient records and cost monitoring system.

5 DON-ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION Descriptions and Functions: II. Equipment Services Key Performance Indicators: 24/7 uptime of ALL Equipment to be used in Operating Room Units. 2. Carry out a timely response of equipment repair and troubleshooting requirements. 3. Maintain an organized record system and up-to-date preventive maintenance. 4. Zero customer complain.

Administrative Services Key Performance Indicators: 1.100% Maintenance of Budget vs. Actual Cost per month. 2.100% Compliance to Property Accounting Scheduled Inventory. 3.100% Compliance JCI Audits. 4.100% Environment Of Care Compliance. 5.On time response procurement and delivery of goods: Routing of PRs 5 working days Delivery of Goods – based on supplier’s timetable e.g., 30 to 60 days upon receipt of Purchase Order 6.100% Compliance to Documents Retention period and Disposal. 7.Zero (0) Customer Complaint related to Administrative Services.
