Discussion and Sharing Dickinson: working on payment/payment posting; ability to run reports for commissioner; info into supplies takes time but once done it works well; uses codes with lot number to know if its private vs VFC Butler: turn over with staffing for billing; ICD10 changes; family planning and CVR documentation in NN; pulling reports on that data; not doing imms in NN yet; working on entering inventory now; submit missing CPT codes to support to add to NN Sumner: Jewell: Ottawa: Phillips: struggling with billing; prepared some claims to send off and will send today; nurses are liking the documentation and time entry; tweaking some home care issues Rooks: added different lots at the rate level rather than adding separate supplies; not sure how people are keeping track of monies for age of 21 vs 19; recommend that fields for billing are required fields; self audit tool for missing billing fields; starting to add components for kanbehealthly; next step is bringing on family planning and home health; create a subcommittee to discuss how to document and bill for kan-be-healthy Policy and Procedures – Dickinson: taking screen shots and then writing out steps to accomplish a task; create a reference tool
