12 Getting Help Talk with supportive people (GOOD friends, family, etc.) Get physical activity- walking/running, sports, dancing, etc. Volunteer- focus on other people’s needs and happiness, and you will feel a sense of happiness yourself Seek professional help- counselors, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists Talk to parents, trusted adults or counselors (how about your favorite teacher that cares about you so much…. Ms. Sontag!!!)
