11 Presidential Village Exercise Add new “Ask at Run Time” question  Highlight Resident Master List. Right-click Properties.  Click on “Edit”, then “New Selection”  Available Fields: “Resident Location”  Exclude: No  Ask at Run time: Yes  Run report to screen for Location “North Wing” only.

Right click to Properties.  Click on “Resident Location Ask at Runtime”  Right click and choose “Delete Selection”. 2. Delete “Ask at Run time” for Missed Observations.  Highlight Missed Observations. Right click to Properties.  Click on “Resident Location Ask at Runtime”  Right click and choose “Delete Selection”.
