2. To access the application go to the address http:\\202.71.128.172\jcidemo\loginc.aspx. Example: Select the Division : Building Efficiency. Select Building Efficiency Type: Either JCI or York. User Name : raj.sharma Password : ********  Review the NDA and modify it as per II party or authorized signatory comments received in email. KLex legal team NDA Process

3. To Review the NDA click on the Submit button.

4. To view the details of the NDA click on the link “View” as shown in Next Slide.

5. To save or open the II party Uploaded NDA file click on the link “View” as shown in Next Slide.

7. To accept the NDA after modification and review click “Click here to Accept” button.

8. To edit the details of the NDA click on the link “Edit” as shown in Next Slide.

9. To update the NDA after editing click “Update NDA” button.

11. To view the modified NDA click “view” as shown in next slide.

13. To accept the modified NDA click “Click here to Accept” button.

14. As shown here,after acceptance the NDA details will be removed from the “Pending for Review” Tab.

15. The accepted NDA details are now shifted to “Pending by other Party” Tab. To view the modified & accepted NDA by KLexServe Legal Team.

17. To search a particular NDA click “Click Here to Show Search Panel” link.

18. To search NDA fill the criteria in textboxes and click “Search” button. To view the NDA click “View” link. To get results using multiple search criteria select “And/Or” from the dropdown list. To hide Search Panel click “Click Here to Hide Search Panel” as shown in next slide.

19. To logout from the system click “Logout” link.

20. The above mail states that the KLexServe Legal Team has reviewed and modified above NDA. The above details are to be sent by requestor to II Party. Using these details II Party can Log into the system and may perform either acceptance or rejection of the NDA.
