OBJECTIVE : To shift to a reliable Complete mailing solution To achieve hands free maintenance Virus & spam free mails Archive older mails SYSTEM STUDY : No. of Users/MailBoxes: 200 MailBox Size :20MB Currently using ON-Prem Linux Based Solution,it is not integrated with AD 80% POP users and rest IMAP users 15Mbps Shared network

5 Proposed Solution

6 Cloud Mail Mail Flow: Mails come to our ECM Anti-spam/Anti-virus hosted server and are scanned to remove all virus infected mails. And all spams are analyzed, quarantined as required. The spam and virus free mails are sent to the Cloud Server .Admin can create/delete/modify users and create/delete/modify groups as well as see reports for multiple domains. Users access the mails (Send / Receive) via Mobile, Blackberry (BIS), Client or Webmail. A copy for is also sent to the EMA SERVER through Journaling. User can retrieve their older mails from web panel or the outlook plugin.
