2.  Very few went to it.  It is costly and change is difficult.  If you have the older version at school there is a compatibility update for older versions,  …or you can save it as an older version.

4.  Connect the slide to the internet  Put the words the way you want it then highlight it.  Hit the hyperlink button  Then type in the link  The words in the power point will turn blue and be underlined ▪ Example  My E-mail AddressE-mail Address  Eco-man’s music informationmusic information  For very large PowerPoints You can also hyperlink it to another part of the slide show/document.  Highlight the word then hit hyperlink  You can use a symbol the same way for a hyperlink. ▪ Example  Select a symbol you want to use The arrow in the top corner.  Highlight the symbol and Hyperlink it to the slide you want it to go to.  Once you have established the hyperlink symbol you can copy and paste it on any page that you want it to do the same thing.

5.  Linking things to the internet you find on the internet you want in your presentation during the show.  Highlight the link on the website,  Then go back to the power point presentation,  Highlight the word or phrase that you want to be the hyperlink,  Hit the hyperlink button,  Select the top choice for Existing File or Web Page,  Paste the address in the address bar. 6.  When your power point presentation is running the slides will transition in different ways when you select these options.  This is where you can add music too.  Add effects to the transitions,  Entrance when it first comes in  Emphasis how it looks when it arrives  Exit how you want it to leave  Motion Path which direction the objects moves  The tools will let you do the same things to all slides.  Set up your timing between slides and animations or only when you click the slide.  Put sounds when you change slides. Just play with it

7. Slideshows Start the slide show from the button at the bottom or hit F5 on the key board. Click any key on the keyboard and will begin. Hit escape to return to editing the power point presentation.

8.  Spell Checker  Research  Thesaurus  Translate languages  Example of a New Comment.  New Comments  This is a great way to grade or review the rough draft of your students power point presentations.  Highlight the area of concern. Click on New Comment and add the comment.  Then the students can open their copy with your comments on it and edit their draft by clicking on the comment, make the change and then delete the comment. 9. New Comments are very useful. When you are edititing a students project yu can simply highlight the word, go to the Review tab and add a new comment. You won’t see these comments while you are playing the slide show. Highlight the word and go to the Review Tab. Click on New Comment and type in the comment you wish to tell the student. Hit return then a little button comes up. You can move it anywhere on the document. Click here to return to Review Page 
