Do not take privileges and programs away from strong students and teachers because they are abused by others.” “A new principal should be sensitive to or understand the population/cultural make up of the school and needs of the student body.” “Diversity of the students -- racial, socioeconomic and scholastic.” “This is a very diverse school....interest-wise, ethnically, financially,, intellectually and athletically.” Honoring, supporting, and celebrating the diverse student population was a central theme for North Springs High School. “This school has an opportunity to be great; there is a unique positive student culture that supports individual identities, minimizing teenage angst and maximizing their ability to focus on their learning and development.”
