7 Send using CC (Carbon Copy) This button allows you to send the E-mail via CC. A carbon copy is the under-copy of a document created when carbon paper is placed between the original and the under-copy during the production of a document. Previous slideNext slide Paige Cross

8 Send using BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) To get to the BCC options click the CC button. Select the contact you want to send your E-mail to from your address book by pressing this button. Previous slideNext slide Paige Cross

10 Include a picture in main E-mail This button allows you to add a picture from your saved to pictures to the main documents. Previous slideNext slide Paige Cross

11 High Importance Previous slideNext slide This button allows that when the E-mail is received it shows that it is high importance so the recipient is aware. Paige Cross

14 Opening an E-mail Previous slideNext slide This symbol means that you have received a new E-mail To open the new E-mail click on the subject line Paige Cross

18 Delete E-mails Previous slideNext slide If you select the email you would like to delete then press this button. It will then be moved to your deleted items box. Paige Cross

19 Empty deleted items Previous slideNext slide Select all the emails you would like to permanently delete. When you’ve selected the emails you wish to delete, then press the delete button. This will then permanently delete the emails. Paige Cross

20 How to ‘find someone’ Previous slideNext slide Firstly, click the new email button. To find someone click the ‘To…’ button. The ‘To…’ button will bring up this option. From here you can select any contact you wish. Paige Cross
