3 Email -slide 1 Email is a electronic way to send a email to someone. The email you send gets sent straight to the person. It’s a fast way to talk to people, It is free to use. 4 Sending a message – slide 2 Its private so no one can see your messages you send, Its very easy to use You can write loads because there's loads of space You can send what ever you want You can add attachments and other links to the message you send You can get a message to see if they have read your email you sent them Shows the date you sent the message

5 Folders – slide 3 You can store things in there Organizes all of your emails you store in there You can send information in a folder Its free to use Its really easy simple to use Keeps personal things in the folders without anyone else seeing them Folders make it easier to organise.

6 Deleted messages – slide 3 When you deleted the message it will never be shown again After you finished writing your message you can delete it so no one can see it Messages you don’t want people to see free

7 Junk – slide 4 Automatically messages that are no appropriate get put in the junk and go straight away so you wont see them again, Messages you don’t want to see get put straight in the junk, Send an alert if you think you are getting a virus coming through to your emails Its very easy to use.

8 Signature – slide 5 Instead of having your name you can just have your signature All your emails are included at the bottom of your email

9 Carbon copy – slide 6 A copy of anything typed if you want the message to send. Its very useful because it saves a lot of time It’s the same email sent to the same address if it is important that each recipient knows who your message was sent to, use carbon copy (Cc) instead.

10 Blind carbon copy – slide 7 A blind carbon copy is the under-copy of a document created when carbon paper is placed between the original and the under-copy, Its when you put all the emails in a box and it sends it to everyone and the person who is sending the email knows that he/ she sent it to everyone,

11 Receiving a email I can see a attachment on the email I have been sent, this means you can attach files to the emails you send. I can see who the email was sent from. I can see the subject of the email this means it gives you a idea of what the email is about.

12 reply As you can see I have sent a reply This is the original email

13 Automated reply I have set up my automated reply to show that I have replied.

14 Forward You can see that this is a forwarded email because it has FW You can add your own message as well. CC means that another person can get the email (carbon copy)
