1. How to Create Tests in Aware INNOVATION SUMMITAUGUST 18, 2015

2. Log in to Eduphoria. Click on the Aware Application.

3. Open the Assessments Tab. Click on “My Teacher Tests” and “Create a New Test”.

4. Select the option “Create a new blank test.”

5. Type in a Title, Select a Grade Level, Choose Start & End Dates, and Pick a Test Type.

6. Select your campus.

7. Select Campus, Content Area, and Subject for your testing Course.

8. On the General Tab, set your standards for Satisfactory and Advanced performance.

9. On the Curriculum Tab, select courses from which to choose test items. (You can pick more than one.)

10. On the Campus Tab, select your campus.

11. Under the Students tab, select which students will be assigned the assessment.

12. Under the Questions tab, you will select questions to place on the test. First select the “m” button to format the test like STAAR.

13. Then click on “Search Item Bank” and the DROP DOWN ARROWS to search questions by Student Expectation.

14. Select an SE, Type, & Language to search.

15. Use the drop down arrows to preview questions. Click the + to add question to the test. For ELAR, the page icon represents the source attached to the question.

16. Click “Close” to finish searching items and preview test.

17. To search more items, click on “Search Item Bank” and repeat the process.

18. You can click the “pencil” icon to edit items by changing the wording of the question, the answer, the standard, or the weight.

19. Once you have finished making all your edits, click on the Administration tab to print a sample of the bubble sheet.

20. If the bubble sheet looks right, then click Save. Finally, change the test to “Active”. You’re done!!!
