1. Geometry is the second of the four math credits that you will have in high school. Because this is an honors course, you will be expected to be more mature and to perform on that level. This course requires you to do all homework assignments and study to be successful. If you are not willing to prepare for class and you establish this as a habit, you will be asked to attend tutoring before or after school. Geometry is a special branch of mathematics. It may be unlike anything you have studied before. Keep an open mind and this year you will learn to think about things in different ways and hopefully appreciate the geometry that is all around you!
