2. Background We last met with Customer Advisory Council in December 2014 Offered opportunity for customer agencies to participate in requirements gathering

3. Requirements Gathering 7 Agencies requested to participate in CTS requirements gathering DOR, DNR, DSHS, ECY, HCA, LNI, SIB Four meetings were scheduled in January and February Meeting 1: DNR, DSHS, ECY, HCA, LNI, SIB Meeting 2: DSHS, DNR, ECY, and SIB Remainder attended by DSHS, DNR, and SIB

4. Requirements Gathering Requirements are listed separately (Excel) To implement these requirements CTS would implement: 1.Secure Email Gateway (SEG) – this feature provides encrypted email at rest on the device 2.Mobile Application Gateway (MAG) – provides VPN (Virtual Private Network) access from the device to customer files stores behind customer firewalls. Additional infrastructure is required is required to implement this feature. 3.Secure Content Locker (SCL) Collaborate – allows editing of documents within the Air Watch SCL. This feature requires an additional cost license from Air Watch.

5. Going Forward SEG, MAG, SCL Collaborate all have cost implications to CTS SEG and MAG require additional infrastructure SCL Collaborate carries an extra licensing fee from AirWatch Rates work has not yet been completed CTS internal decision to proceed is pending

6. Requirements Gathering Secure Texting – DSHS has identified Secure Texting requirements in a RFx. Air Watch has not officially released a secure texting feature but has stated Air Watch Chat is forthcoming.
