3. GMS School improvement plan focus Goal 1: Literacy Goal 2: Math Goal 3: Cultural proficiency

4. Literacy Goals: (1) To increase the percentage of Hispanic and ELL students who score both proficient advanced by 10% and 7% respectively as measured by the MAP-R, (2) to eliminate any regression in overall proficiency for ELLs as measured by the WIDA ACCESS test.

5. Math Goals: (1) All students currently enrolled in Algebra I will earn a C or better in the course. (2)100 % of students currently in IM will earn a C or better. (3) 100% of students in Math 6 will earn a C or better.

6. Cultural Proficiency Goals: (1) To increase academic eligibility for Hispanic and ELL students to 94%. (2) To decrease behavior referrals overall.
