Booking process/policies Plan ahead to allow the CVC team to help with agenda development and secure all presenters Submit visit request form with complete proposed agenda details 4-6 weeks lead time requested from sales 3 week minimum lead time for CVC to secure presenters Receive confirmation after your visit request is reviewed, qualified, confirmed and assigned to a CVC Account Consultant Complete the mandatory Executive Briefing Document

The upcoming CRM system consolidation will save us $18 million a year. And we’re also saving $13 million annual in maintenance reductions by consolidating information onto fewer, larger servers.
