2 Hourly Paid Processes Arrowsol8 will be hiring your agents for various processes, from across the globe to provide services such as inbound, outbound (telemarketing, survey’s etc), insurance, healthcare, legal, document management, financial, content writing. All affiliates shall be starting with outbound telemarketing as an initial phase.

4 10.TRAINING IS A REMOTE STEP BY STEP POWER POINT PRESENTATION THAT WILL TEACH YOUR ENTIRE TEAM ON THE PROCESS AS WELL AS YOU WILL BE TRAINED BY OUR EXPERIENCED TEAM. 9.PROPER INFORMATION AND TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED, WE UPDATE OUR SERVICES ON A REGULAR BASIS THOURGH EMAILS ALERTS AND LITERATURE 11.DATA WILL BE PROVIDED TO AFFILIATES FOR FREE, FOR CERTAIN PROCESSES WHICH REQUIRE IT 8.ALL CENTRES WILL NEED TO HAVE A QUALITY TEAM IN PLACE TO CHECK THE QUALITY OF THE CALLS AND MONITOR THE CALL DONE BY YOUR TEAM VERY CLOSELY. (MISLEADING OR MISREPRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT SERVICE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED). 7.WE ARE ONLY SEEKING PROFESSIONAL MARKETING CENTERS WITH CLEAR ENGLISH SPEAKING AGENTS WITH SOME SALES EXPERIENCE WITH PROPER WORK EHTICS AND A STRONG MANAGEMENT TEAM ALREADY IN PLACE. RESPECTABLE LONG LASTING RELATIONSHIPS IS WHAT WE DESIRE THROUGH OUR TOP RATED SERVICES, CUSTOMERS ARE HELD TO THE HIGHEST RESPECT BY OUR CLIENTS AND WE EXPECT THE SAME FROM OUR CENTRES!(fresh centers will be considered as well)

5 Terms & Conditions Contract Term shall be of one year. All affiliate center’s interested should fill out the Vendor Contact Sheet attached, and questionnaire. If there is any broker or consultant involved in setting up your affiliation, they must have arrangements with (YOU) the Affiliate to earn and receive their commission. In outbound services all calls need to be recorded without fail & need to be stored at your end for at least a minimum of six (6) months.

6  Product : Home security, internet, satellite  Start Date : Asap. As soon as center can go live.  Agents : 40(Min) – 150. With at least 1 to 2 years of outbound telemarketing experience, and should be able to close the sales.  Payout : $6/hour/agent.  Database/call list: Provided by us.  Payout cycle : Monthly in arrears.  Training : Provided, but not paid for.  Sales Target : 1spd per agent.  Duration : Ongoing, initial contract for one year, depending on performance shall be extended to another four years.  Process flow is;  The agent markets the product and transfers the call to supervisor internally for closing.  The supervisor closes the call and verifies all the information provided to and by the customer.  All calls are to be recorded and saved for a period of 120 days (3 months) if required before being discarded.
