Receive: Asset received into system, upon receipt all relevant information is capture for asset, user, owner, location… Deploy: Asset installed at location service ticket system updated with appropriate asset data Update / In-service: Asset linked to user and location, asset placed in service and Fixed Assets notified. Re-Deploy: Asset Moved, Changed, returned to stock. Retire: operations retires asset, Fixed Assets automatically notified so that gain loss calculations and asset sale or dispose can be initiated 24
