It is used by sales audit people. Idea Center - This is intranet sites. This system is handling our employee new innovation idea collection center. This system is handling only our R&D center for maintaining different kinds of perfume, Group of products and volume of perfume applied for particular products. 6 Cavinkomm.net Cavinkomm.net is an Internet based portal developed to link the Sales force, Redistribution Stockiest and CFA. It is a platform for exchange of sales information and other transactions between Cavinkare and the Stockiest. Usage of Cavinkomm.net is driven by User id and Password. Scope of Cavinkomm.net Cavinkomm.net enables the following from a RS role: Post Stock information by the RS Facility to place orders by RS on Cavinkomm.net All SAP information relevant to RS can be viewed. 9 External Development - Internet sites Ramco HR Information System : Ramco Application is handling all HR Related activity. This software is handling all employee information like personal, position, function, grade, leave details and month on month salary slip preparation. Based on new requirement new report also generated from Ramco application. This application is accessing by Head office, Regions, Plant and also group office via V-Fortress. Maintenance Software - The above all sites is maintaining and new reports development based on requirements. Software Development and Maintenance
