Ask about the customers connectivity in the vehicles…
Are you connecting any external devices such as printers, bar code readers, license readers, etc.? (USB 3.0, USB 2.0, Ethernet)
Are you connecting any external displays, or camera’s? (VGA/ HDMI / Ethernet)
Do your end users require GPS, mobile broadband, and Wi-Fi connectivity? (Triple RF pass)
Are you connecting to any legacy serial devices? (Serial ports)
When asking your customers about connectivity, ask about where they need to be connected?
Do your end users operate outside of city limits, or in areas where cell coverage might be weak, or have no signal?
If the end users operate in areas of weak cell coverage, choose triple RF dock with antenna included
