7. R ICHARD H URTADO What I learned about work-style behaviors is that there are 4 types of work-style behaviors. Each work style behavior has here different positive and negative traits describing, there work-style. These work-style behaviors would be more effective in a work environment because you would already know what you would be dealing with. It will help you solve problems in the future.

9. K ATHERINE P OSADA What I have learned about work-style behaviors is that there are many behaviors that can affect the way a person works. The 4 different work styles are Analytical, Amiable, Expressive,& Driver. What I learned about myself, which I am an Expressive person is that I'm a very verbal communicator which is positive but at times it can be negative, it could be that I'm overly dramatic or I'm impulsive but that’s what an expressive person is. But knowing these things can help me when working so I know how to act a certain way and not show the negative parts at work.

11. A MPARO M ARTINEZ I learned that not everyone has the same work- style. Although it can be difficult to get along with others that have different work-styles, one must adapt. We must adapt because it helps us advance in out career lives. Learning about different work styles is important because it makes workers more efficient in their work area.
