4. Chiayi County You can not see oyster field in Dongshi Village. In the east of Chiayi County is the mountain area. In the middle part is the plain area. In the western part is the sea. To the south of Dongshi is Budai.

5. Pickled Mustard ( 酸菜 ) I have a relative living in Dapi. Dapi is the hometown of pickled mustard. It takes 45 days to produce pickled mustard from fresh vegetable. You can visit the Pickled Mustard Cultural Hall.

6. Do you like pickled cucumber? I like it very much. I don’t like it at all. In Korea, pickled cabbage is called kimchi. I like kimchi very much because it is hot. It is not hot in temperature. It is hot in taste. It burns my tongue.

7. Wedding Banquet

8. In a wedding banquet, Photo No. 7 is sure to find. It is called ‘Satisfaction’. There are white and red rice balls in the plate. Red is a lucky color. Round is a symbol of satisfaction.

9. This dish is raw fishes. It is Japanese food, called Sashimi. I like it. (I don’t like it.) Do you like Sashimi?

10. This dish has squid, crab legs, asparagus and corn in it.

11. No. 11 is a pot of soup. It has tofu in it. It has tofu and mushroom in it.

12. No. 12 is crab meat. It is delicious. The green spots are made of spinage. Spinage and spinach are the same thing.

13. Dish No. 13 is mutton. It is not beef or pork. When they are alive, they are sheep, goat, ox, cow, cattle, pig and piglet.

14. No. 14 is fish. I don’t know the name of the fish. If I know it next time, I’ll tell you.

15. No. 15 is a pot of fish soup.

16. No. 16 is a lotus. It is delicious. It is nice. It is good to eat.

17. No. 17 is a lotus, a piece of fish meat, and a date. It is a dried date.

18. No. 18 is called Sushi. I often eat Sushi as breakfast.

19. No. 19 has green vegetable in it.

20. I see an orchid in Dish No. 20.

21. I see grape, watermelon, orange, and fire dragon fruit in Dish No. 21. When we see the fruit dish, it means the wedding banquet is almost the end.

22. Which is your favorite dish? I like each dish. I like each dish in a wedding banquet.
